Hallo lieblings!
I wanted to pop in with a quick update!
It's been kind of a wacky month -- the hiatus I took was to move my niece down to my city for college, and I honestly underestimated the amount of work that would go into having an entire extra human in my home while we prepare the room she'll be staying at with my fiance's family. I've been busy almost every day since we've got back, aside from a couple much needed rest days.
Beyond that, I had family visits, a convention in Minneapolis last weekend, a pin launch over on Backerkit, and wedding planning for next month... Needless to say, I've been busy, tired, and though not quite burnt out, definitely exhausted.
I've done my best to rest while maintaining my business (no small feat, lol) and I'm happy to say I'm not feeling quite as dead as I was a couple weeks ago when I got back from collecting my niece, haha. She's also starting school in just a few days, so she'll be spreading her wings, yay!
She's also been helping me with order packing as much as possible. It's not a lot, but with two of us (we normally have 4+ here to work on these orders!) we were able to pack around 10 more orders tonight. Those will hit the mail soon after I finish writing this update!
Though I'd hoped to have the rest of the orders out by the end of August, it's looking more plausible that it will happen by mid-September. I'm hoping to schedule some extra days with my team of friends who have been helping me out to try to get back on the schedule I'd like to be on. I'll do what I can to get them out ASAP, and I am sorry for the delay!
The good news is, we're over halfway done with campaign fulfillment now,! We only have 74 more orders to pack. Then it's on to the pre-orders from there. I'm seriously grateful for your guys' patience -- I never expected this campaign to get this big. In the future, I'll add additional time to the timeline from the start for any ita bag related campaigns, since fulfillment is just so much more of a process than pin only campaigns.
I'm still planning on the TPOF sequel later this year, probably in December again. I hope you're all looking forward to it!

Today my esteemed team of 3 lovely friends and I packed some more orders ahead of my upcoming 2 week hiatus. We've packed 110 of 236 orders, meaning we are almost halfway done with fulfillment!
If you are part of this batch, you should get a shipping notificiation email. If you did not get one, your order will be packed in August. I appreciate your patience!
Thank you all so much again! I'm cooking up ideas for a TPOF sequel campaign, so I hope you'll keep an eye out!

Quick Fulfillment Update!

Hallo lieblings!
I wanted to give you all a quick update on fulfillment!
All of Spooka's items are here, so I can start packing orders with their stuff in them, yay! Also, scrunchies are here too. I'm still waiting on the Ren and Law lanyards, but I should have those by mid-July.
I've recruited some friends to come help me pack next week, and I am estimating we'll be able to pack about 50 orders during our little packing party. We'll be working in alphabetical order (just the way Backerkit sorts things!) through the orders I have all items on hand for now.
Now, with all that said, I do want to give a heads-up that I will be on a short hiatus from July 15th-August 1st. I will be away from home helping with family matters – my niece is moving to my city for college, and I am helping with the move and transition! I am also waitlisted for two cons during this time (DokiDoKon and Anime Iowa), and do plan to attend if the cons offer me a spot. If you are interested in at AT-CON PICKUP of your order at either of these conventions in the event I get in, please send me a DM and we can work that out!
The good news with my niece moving down here is that I will have an extra helper to pack orders with. I am a single person packing all these orders, with occassional assistance from my husband and friends, so as you can imagine with 200+ of you, it's a bit of a herculean task to work through. With the extra help though, my goal is to ship all orders by the end of August at the latest.
I do want to adknowledge that this is later than the initial shipping estimate on the campaign, and I do apologize! That estimate was made without the knowledge I'd have 200 orders to get through, and when you combine that with manufacturing delays, it's simply out of my control.
I sincerely appreciate all of your support and patience while I work through fulfillment!
I do have one really cool thing that I hope makes up for it -- INCREDIBLE Chinese artist @domi03059 sent me a TON of BTD stickers as a part of an art trade. I gave them a bag, and they sent me art boards, keychains, and more -- including a few hundred stickers I've gotten permission to add as freebies to your orders!I'll be including one sticker with each order that has yet to be shipped. I apologize to anyone who's already been shipped that you won't be able to get a sticker, but I wanted to ensure that Domi was alright with this before I started putting them in orders. I'll include a QR code with each sticker to their profile, but if you haven't already, please check out Domi on Twitter! This is incredibly special, as Domi does not ship outside of China currently! This is also ONLY for you guys as Kickstarter Backers, and will not be added to any Pre-Orders. You guys made this possible!!!

I have a sweet update for you guys today!
THE BAGS ARE HERE, AND THE PINS! And, thanks to some friends volunteering their time yesterday, we were able to ship about around 10% of all orders!
Some items aren’t here yet, so this weekend’s round of orders were those that don’t contan Spooka's items, the lanyards, or the scrunchies. I’ll also prioritized packing backers before preorder folks as you've all waited longer!
Those of you who did not have a bag or any of the aforementioned items, your packages are in the mail! There were also 17 orders that had bags that we were able to pack. Best wishes to those of you who are getting your bags early, surprise!
To those of you that aren't, we are still on track for the shipping schedule outlined in the campaign (if maybe a couple weeks behind, at most, due to manufacturing delays.) Like the update title says, I'll pick back up fulfillment for these in late June/Early July. I have a pride enamel pin campaign I have promised delivery in June for folks so they're able to have them for festivals, so those are the immediate priority once they are delivered next week.
Preorders are also going to remain open over on Backerkit until I can finish fulfillment of this campaign, as I ordered extras of everything! So if there's a friend you know who missed the campaign, you can still direct them over there. Again, preorders will ship AFTER all backer orders have gone out.
There are also still two of you who have not filled out the survey. IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT YOUR BACKERKIT SURVEY, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER, AS IT IS HOW I GET YOUR ADDRESS AND HAVE YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING.
Same deal for the 6 of you with cards that have not been fixed after declining for the shipping charge. Please get this done ASAP!

Hallo hallo, lieblings!
I appreciate all your patience! The production process is very much one that I am hands-off with -- I don't get a ton of updates, it's really a waiting game! But finally, FINALLY, I have news to share! The bags have finished production and will ship out SOON! This is the shipping to me, which will take roughly a month as they're shipping by ocean liner! Once they're here, I'll need to do quality checks and organize the fulfillment. We are still in line with the timeline of having these shipped out in June! I will post another update when they arrive, and packing should start within a week of their arrival!

In addition to the bags being ready to ship, the mini pins have finished production! They're moving on to the portrait pins now, and I'm hoping everything will be here around the same time.
